Christadelphians are a worldwide community of Bible students, striving to follow the teaching of the Bible as taught by the apostles in the first century AD.
The name ‘Christadelphian’ means
‘Brothers (and Sisters) in Christ’ and is based on the Greek words 'Christos' and ‘adelphos’ from Paul's greeting in Colossians 1v2.
What sets us apart?
Christadelphians are an independent, grass roots, volunteer,
community, seeking to share love and hope,
inspired by Jesus, and the promises of God (as revealed in the Bible!)
We are an autonomous group, our only authority is Jesus and his example, as revealed in the Bible.
Our group has no paid priests, pastors or ministers. We
do raise funds for worthy causes that involve our
members, but no one is paid for their service. Everything
we do only happens when someone puts up their hand
and invests their own time and effort, in line with their
beliefs.
